What's in a name?
We always knew our original name wasn't going to work out long term, since it was already trademarked by a company in Tennessee. The bigger we grew the higher the chances of getting sued, the more dangerous it would become to keep calling ourselves "Sugar Mama". The name change has been in the works for over 2 years and is now finalized.
We're Trademarked!
Having our own trademark is a huge accomplishment, we are so excited for the future of The Sweetest Thing and so grateful to all of our clients who have helped make us what we are. Nothing changes about the business, same sugarists, same prices, same great services. This name change just solidifies our longevity and future expansions into new territories and we're here for it!
