
Salon Policies:

All new clients are required to fill out a Client Intake Form before receiving services. Current clients may need to update forms periodically.

A valid credit card is required for all appointments. Your card will not be charged unless you are subject to our Late Cancellation and/or No Show Policy.

A $15 Late Cancellation / Late Reschedule Fee will apply to any appointments cancelled or rescheduled for a different day, with less than a 24 hours’ notice.

A “No Call - No Show” Will result in a fee of either $15 or 50% of the service fee, whichever is greater.

If you are more than 5 minutes late, you may lose your appointment time and incur a late cancellation fee if we are unable to see you on that same day.

We do not issue refunds. If you are not 100% satisfied with your service, let us know and we’ll do everything in our power to make it right.
